I visited last evening and had a great experience!The store staff were truly amazing. I ordered the Steak Craveable, and even though the place was quite busy, the team was on point with their customer service. Kudos to the entire evening team especially Malu Baby for managing everything so well. Highly appreciated!
I have been coming in every evening for the past couple of months since starting a new job. The staff is always friendly, always makes my coffee right, and has the line moving in a fast and steady past.
Sometimes, I sit inside to enjoy my coffee before work and the staff is always professional to not only the customers but to each other, creating a relaxing environment to sit in. The evening management is definitely doing a great job!!! Keep up the hard work!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons in Kanata! The manager, Malu, deserves special recognition for providing great service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
