Parking: The quality of the food, is very poor compared to every other Popeye's I've been to, it's actually garbage. One time I came right before closing, they still served me, I asked for fries and chicken, since they weren't cooking and that's all they had, the order was wrong, I got almost bare bone wings, and some Mac n cheese (which is no where close to my order)
I’ve been to Popeyes many times, and the experience is always amazing. Heer, who often takes my order, is incredibly kind and patient. I remember the first time I visited she waited so patiently while I decided what to order, which really made me feel comfortable. The rest of the team is also great, providing excellent service every time. The food is fantastic! The chicken is perfectly crispy and full of flavor, and the portions are really generous. Their fries are much bigger than what you get at other places I can rarely finish a medium in one sitting. With delicious food and outstanding service, Popeyes is definitely one of my favorite spots. Highly recommend!
Let me start off by saying, I usually love Popeyes, but ive had one too many bad experiences here to where im going to have to boycot this location. Recently there were rumors going around that their chicken was rotten and then they shut down temporarily. That with the fact that every time my family ate here we all felt ill makes me feel like the rumors were true. I'm always waiting up to 20min in the drive through, even if I'm the only one there. And now today they would not accept my activated gift card, claiming they don't have activated gift cards despite me having a paid for $20 gift card with a receipt. They ended up taking the gift card and giving me the remainder of the balance in cash. So you can buy and activate gift cards but can't use them? How does that make sense? I've never experienced this anywhere else. Unfortunately this just seems to be the state of fast food chains in Lindsay.

Close it down! Rotten chicken making everyone sick zero rules followed for food handling. Terrible customer service as well. They have been reported to the health department multiple times and even from their own employees. GROSS 🤮

Disappointing! Ordered and paid online 45 mins ahead of scheduled pick up. When arrived nothing was ready. Gave me a line about being unable to refund online order when I asked for refund so I could leave (over $60 order). Food was still another 25 mins.

I have been to this location 3 times now and have not been disappointed one bit. The food has been consistent each time and delicious. The staff and Manager are very curtious and polite. Thank you for making my Popeyes experience a positive one.
