Very, very slow messed up service. Not a good experience. Somehow they completely missed our order and served the 3 orders behind us first. We had to tell them they missed us and then they had to go back into the system and find our order. Lots of eye rolling and obvious issues between the staff working there. Two of the four orders (large ice cream cakes) from this business were wrong. First error was in giving us someone else’s order. Second was giving is exactly what we did not order. My advice to customers is verify your order when they take it, and check your order when you pick it up. Staff are not sympathetic, so don’t expect them to easily rectify their errors. At these prices, they should do better.
