KFC is supposed to be fast food but this location takes about 5-10 minutes just to take your order and another 20 minutes just to make your food. They have one person working the front serving both the drive through and front counter and maybe another person in the back. The owner keeps this location very understaffed which severely compromises service. Just aweful management and I will never order here again. In fact I would get my KFC faster by driving from keswick to newmarket to order there.

Went in with my family tonight. When we arrived the 2 boys working at 7 pm on August 25th, were both laying on the round table the dining area is a mess. When we walked in they both went behind the counter and instead of greeting us they stood in the back for a few mins. Then took our order, 7-8 min wait for wings! No problem! Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, pee on the walls, and when I mentioned it to the workers nothing was done! Do better staff, if you have enough time to lay down and play on your phone make sure your store is presentable for customers. Unimpressed.

We came to KFC to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience! The staff member, Alfer, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm in the way he interacted with us. From the very beginning, he greeted us with a big smile and made sure our order was handled quickly and correctly.
What stood out the most was the personal touch, Alfer checked in on us a few times to see if we were enjoying the food and even wished us a happy birthday, which made the moment feel extra special. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was comfortable, and with Alfer’s kindness, we felt completely at ease.
