Stay far away from this place Waited 15 mins for 4 piece staff to busy on there phones for my food Had to ask for my drink twice. Then got the worst chicken sent it back Guy told me he’d give 4 more pieces had to wait 14 mins said ok And he gave a free sandwich on the house That was even more disgusting then the other pieces of chicken Just throw all of it out. I work hard for my money And that was a waste of money I should of read the reviews before eating there

Ordered a 3 peice white meat only, paid the extra fees for white meat, after waiting 15 minutes the cashier told me the cook made a mistake and cooked dark meat. Really? Then ask me it would take another 15 minutes, or I can take the dark meat with extra pieces. Because I was on a lunch break, I took the dark meat. I got the food and everything was soggy, greesy and rubbery. Worst experience ever. An hour later, I was forced to run to the bathroom.

Keswick location I would AVOID!!! Bought 6 piece bucket with fries and popcorn chicken ($38.00) The chicken breasts and thighs in bucket were disgusting!! No flavour and the chicken was Chewy in texture like a boot lace. Seasoning half off the pieces.
I will never waste my monies again with kfc.

Just came to pick up a family feast. They ran out of chicken so it was 25 min wait ..we said ok and once they dropped it off at the car she then decides to tell us they substitute the popcorn chicken for fries & she ran back in like it was ok...we paid $56 dollars for the chicken & popcorn chicken plus the three sides.
Beware, make sure you are paying for your full meal.

I am not in habit of posting disappointed comments but I find this comment absolutely decessary. By far the worst experience in every regard...first time at this location and will be the last..entered the store at 630 pm and was told it is a 20 min wait for chicken which I was fine with on the account of a fresh batch...family bucket meal 49.99 ended up being a 75.00 waste of money...chicken bucket had soggy oily pieces..bottom of bucket was covered in grease..coleslaw was brown and no potatoe salad was available ..returned with coleslaw and was challenged by employees..ordered additional fries and gravy and waited another 7 minutes and chose corn instead of not being able to receive a coleslaw that was green and not bubbling brown after being put in a bag with hot food. Honestly absolutely no customer service with appreciation and it would be nice to hear English being spoken when guests are in store.. not a happy experience.
