Went yesterday, Nov.19/25, man said something inaudible at the speaker, gave my order, drove up, very rude people, probably TFWs, paid 31.00 for 3 piece and a Sammy, no napkins, no thank you, threw the bag in my window. The owner should hire Canadians, I won't be back, oh and the chicken and sandwich, Meh, nothing really good here! 😐

Disgusting customer service. Went in to pick up my order, no employees at the counter. Waited for 10 min and then the lady comes to ask me ‘what’. Anyway, picked up my order and went home and realized they messed up my order. Came back. The guy who claimed to be the manager now comes to deal with the situation, makes a new burger for me but demands the old one back because he wanted to discard it according to the store policy. There wasn’t anything wrong with the burger, it’s just that he didn’t make the correct one. Did not give it to him because I doubt it would have been discarded but rather resold..
