went to drive through. when I ordered I mentioned I had a coupon on my app I would be using. when I went to pay the person working there said I can’t use it. she was rude about it as well and raised her voice. will never go back to this location.
The managers are not professional on multiple occasions of being here. When It was wendys system being a problem, they let the customer suffer. I had to stop coming to this location, its so bad there is a problem every time im at that location.
It took 20 minutes to get one combo meal they charged us $4:00 extra their receipt machine wasn’t working and they wouldn’t give us our Receipt and it took them 10 minutes to get our drinks and we are normally not the type of people to complain or make reviews but this was bad.

Never order delivery from Wendy's. Food takes 20-30 minutes longer than expected, comes cold and is just not worth it. Big mistake ordering from them and not one I'll make again
Went for a late night snack around 11pm and the food was good and the manager Thanuja was super nice :)
When a customer asks for a straw, they should get a straw. I don’t care about your new lids.
This is the second time I've been to this location in the last month and both times the food has been delicious. Both times the fries were fresh and hot. We special-ordered our burgers both times and the order was correct. The burgers were hot, delicious and cooked perfectly and all the toppings were fresh!

They just throw your food together. Most of the time is cold. Most of the time the employees work slower than molasses! And they have no idea about pick up or dine in orders

Best I can describe this location is "inconsistent". We went a few times in the span of 2 weeks and the first time was done-in late at night. They forgot to put tomatoe on our sandwiches (November 22), took forever to actually assemble them, and they were lukewarm at best with the saddest piece of lettuce I've ever since. We also witnessed 1 guy order a single chili and it took him 25 minutes to get it. We didn't realize the lack of tomatoes on our sandwiches until a few days later (November 26) when we got the same order - there was a tomatoe slice on them and decent lettuce. We've also noticed that the breakfast staff seem to be more on the ball; the food is always assembled well and it's piping hot. The roadside LED sign has also been broken for years at this point, based on this and the quality inconsistencies my assumption is that the MANAGEMENT is the problem with this place rather than any single employee.
