“I love this location it's honestly only one I ever go to now because the staff are super awesome thoughtful and beyond creative. They made my sons birthday cake and I was shocked by time effort and creativity put into it. Let alone try went above and beyond gratitude for people's life and honestly super thoughtful and not to mention kept my FAV blizzard rolling throughout the year. They go above and beyond not only as employees but as friends. I wouldn't have it any other way it's my go to addiction as manager Kim would state LOL. Kim Jessica Hadley r amazing caring hardworking staff who honestly brighten anyone's day!! This is the GO TO place above any other ice cream.“

“While visiting Ontario and birding at a provincial park, we ran into a resident of Ontario, in the woods, and started talking food. He highly recommended this bakery. So we stopped in on our way back to Michigan. We arrived mid-day on a Saturday in September. The cute store was literally empty. Perhaps the post-tourist season combined with the major construction going on in front of the store was the cause. Feel sorry for the business owners on this street. You literally need to park a block or so away, walk along town up sidewalks with a barrier to the street constriction to arrive at their storefront. The two women working the counter were personable and attentive. They gave me lots of time to ogle all the yummy selections. High praise for the selection of baked goods. There is something for everyone: cupcakes, pies, cookies, donuts, bars, fresh bread, flat breads, bagels..... You will definitely find something to your liking here. I also glanced at the Icecream selection. It looked good though not so appealing in a chilly fall day. I chose 5 donuts and paid $18.11. As others have commented, the price is steep for donuts. Grabbed a nice cup of decaf Americano next door at the Daily Grind and my husband and I sat down on a bench close by, on a quant side street, to sample our donuts. We shared. a vanilla covered yeast donut with sprinkles, an Apple fritter and a cream puff. The flavors were definitely good, a solid 4-star performer. The fritter and cream puff were on the small side and perhaps lacked that extra something that you find with some donuts. At our next meal, we also shared a chocolate moose-filled donut and a lemon-filled donut with powdered sugar. We enjoyed the sturdy and not too sweet flavor of the donuts, though we felt the filling was a bit light; much more donut than filling. The chocolate icing gave the donut a nice balance of sweetness. It was excellent. The lemon-filled donut was just OK. The cafe was cheerful with upbeat art and quotes. Nice seating in the back. Though the large selection of products was nice, wondering if a focus on "that something special" would make this bakery five-star worthy in the taste domain. The steep prices would also give one pause, as similar quality can be found for less elsewhere.“
