“This place never disappoints. Roger has been the chef here for eons, even before he bought the place. This wonderful old diner has been around since the early 50's.

The fare is simple and honest. Don't expect haute cuisine. What you can expect is great service, good prices and honest working person's food.

I tried the grilled chicken club on rye and could not finish it. Very tasty. My partner had her usual Con Beef Hash with scrambled eggs and rye toast.

“The food here is very very good. I have eaten here twice in the last month. Once for lunch and once for dinner. For lunch, I had the Steak sandwich. I asked for medium well, and it was cooked to perfection. Really melt in your mouth steak. At the time I went for dinner, I had the chicken souvlaki salad. Amazing! It was really tasty, and very fresh. I believe this is their specialty. As a sidenote, the fries and gravy are out of this world. Best I’ve had anywhere. The service was very attentive and friendly. Not crowded at all. There was plenty of space inside for seating. Obviously, I would highly recommend this place for breakfast lunch or dinner.“

“I’ve visited this Sunset Grill a few times (along with a few others), and it never seems to disappoint. On a recent weekday morning, I stopped in for breakfast, and the service was quick, efficient, and friendly.

I went for a classic: a cheesy onion omelette served with crispy home fries and toast. The meal arrived hot and ready to go. Next time I swing by, I'll be sure to add some photos to really show off the spread. Looking forward to returning!“

“We came here on a weekend for breakfast. The place is pretty spacious with lots of tables.

We ordered the pancakes with fruits and Benedict 3 egg with goat cheese.

Both were really well designed and fresh, however the pancakes were average in terms of softness and the benedict had too much cheese which outweighed the taste of the sauce.

The coffee was very fresh and its refill unlimited. The table had all the sides, like jams and peanut butter and syrup.

The lady who served us was super nice and cheerful. The service was really fast although it got packed very quickly.

The good point is there is free parking outside.

“The food is what you expected at a breakfast place . Nothing wowed but kids enjoyed it .
The issue is the menu clearly written toasts are included, when we got our meal and toast were missing. We asked our server, she said oh toasts are no longer included .
We were like , it’s written in menu and you didn’t tell us .
She then proceed and said oh no problem what toast you want I get it for you no charge . She was nice and we appreciate her offer. Just thought the place can be better manage if they decided to not offer something in the menu they should either corrected or let us know ahead of time instead of us finding out when we asked .“
