This place is wonderful. The food is ALWAYS fresh, the most important part about sushi. Love that it's locally owned. My one piece of feedback is the restaurant does not play background music so it's a little too quiet for dine in compared to what you might be used to.

My fav was the Akira special roll oh ma gawd it was so good and packed with scallops, topped with salmon and drizzled with spicy mayo. I would go back just for that special roll 🤤 The rainbow roll was good, the fish on top were all super fresh and tasty. Also got a torched salmon roll yum but we thought it was gonna be a special roll because we were looking at the google image of the menu instead of the skip the dishes menu online and it turned out to be just a regular roll oops don’t always trust google menu pics! But the sushi was legit so yummy and service was great!! I highly recommend this spot 😜

A convenient and pleasant restaurant with solid offerings, substantial and tasty.
The sashimi (which you pay extra for) was still FROZEN which is SHAMEFUL for a sushi restaurant of any repute. Maybe tell us if it’s not ready instead of serving it. I’ve been here before and it’s SAD to see how far this place has fallen. It’s but a shadow of its former self.

Was driving from Ottawa to Toronto and decided to randomly stop for sushi. Found this place on google and decided to give it a try. Food was absolutely amazing, fish was fresh, tempera wasn’t greasy. Our waitress was absolutely delightful and very helpful when it came to answering questions about the menu. Would definitely drive back just for this place!!
