I usually love coming here with my son for a treat however, the service was extremely slow even though there were only two other tables in the restaurant. There were only two people working then another one came in. They looked very disorganized in the kitchen, and my fondue sat and got cold before I even got my drink. I ordered a cafe mocha and unsure of what I got. When I advised the server of this, he said it was a mocha and he watched the other person make it. It was definitely not a mocha so that was disappointing as I got charged for one. Great cozy spot and thankfully we weren’t in a hurry as we spent over an hour there for just fondue. Slow slow service. Likely won’t return based on that alone.

Love coming here for a treat with friends and/or family! It's hard to decide what to get because everything is soooo delicious. Best thing to do is bring friends and order a few things to all split to get the most for your money because it is fairly expensive. But great quality chocolate and service!

Slow service and limited choice despite the good spot. Chairs are oldish and noisy but the atmosphere inside is homey...our favorite dish was FONDUE yummy ... orange juice was not fresh

Such a cozy place to be! I had one of the best hot chocolate here. Churros donuts was a pleasant delight too, a very well thought out fusion! The quality and presentation of food is top class. The location of this beautiful brunch n coffee n dessert spot is a bonus. Its a very comfortable walk from princess street, city hall and harbour. Highly recommended on your visit to Kingston!
