Waited 15 mins short of an hour wait. Spoke to one of the girls ,then we got our food within a few minutes. Then the server Stephanie never came back to the table to apologize for the wait, to see how everything was nothing. Then I had to ask for the bill the girl said the manager would be right there So again we waited and waited finally I got up to leave and had to pay at the front with no apologize from the manager. I normally stop in this restaurant a few times a month. Not no more .

I was so surprised today. I visited with my family during lunchtime. We were waiting for 30 minutes even though we had a table. And after placing an order, we waited for more than 30 minutes. We could understand up to this point. We had to order water many times to get it. The bigger problem was that bacon burned out, so we experienced the worst. And all the food was so bad. It was a food that everyone could see was made with sincerity because there was no time. It takes courage and patience to go to this restaurant. And I recommend you to avoid busy times.

I stopped in here today for a late lunch after the gym today, and decided to settle on breakfast food. The menu offered an array of amazing choices, so I settled on the Western King omelette and upgraded my hashbrowns to the Coco Fruitti something or other and OMG 😳, it was mouthwatering! (Hashbrowns topped with caramelized onions, hollandaise sauce, and the broiled with cheese on top) Also the omelettes are 5 EGG omelettes, so you can imagine how large it was. The meal came with toast and fresh fruit as well — huge portions so I had to take some home! I found the price to be on par with other breakfast places in the city, but you get a lot more for your money here!
Moving onto the service now…fantastic! Absolutely stellar service from Tanisha. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, and is the one who suggested those hashbrowns too. I’m quite sure she mentioned some other yummy things on the menu as well. Anyways, she is exactly the type of Server(s) EVERY restaurant should have! Will most definitely will be back. It’s now my new fave spot!

My husband and I went for breakfast, and we were seated right away. Our server was a lovely woman who gave us time to ck out the menu and brought us coffee right away. I ordered eggs Benedict on a buckwheat crepe, and it was delicious. My husband had regular breakfast and was pleased with it. The service was excellent and done with a smile. I was impressed by the washroom, very clean and nicely thought out placement of sinks, mirrors, paper towel dispenser. I would definitely recommend eating there.

Food was delicious, I ordered banana-chocolate waffle. It was freshly made, fluffy and soft. Their coffee machine was down bt gone got brewed coffee and interesting part is u can get it refilled. Had an amazing experience, staff is so generous and welcoming loved it, didn’t get servers name bt she was indeed amazing. will definitely come back.

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant. I was subjected to what appeared to be a biased assumption by one of your staff members, which I found deeply upsetting and inappropriate. Upon entering the restaurant for breakfast, I was neither greeted nor asked whether I wished to dine in or take away. Instead, the staff member in question appeared to assume I was an Uber driver and directed another employee to hand over an order to me, without any clarification or interaction. This assumption seemed to be based solely on my appearance, which I found both offensive and discriminatory. As someone of Indian descent, I was particularly disturbed by the implication that people of my ethnicity are not expected to dine at your establishment or are automatically presumed to be delivery drivers. Such behavior reflects a lack of basic customer service etiquette and, more importantly, a concerning bias that should have no place in a professional hospitality environment. This is not the first time I have encountered unacceptable behavior from this particular staff member. On both occasions, her conduct stood in stark contrast to the professionalism and courteousness demonstrated by other members of your team. I strongly urge that appropriate steps be taken to address this issue, including providing additional training on respectful customer service and cultural sensitivity. Every guest deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope this matter will be addressed with the seriousness it deserves

The food was fantastic, and there were many options to choose from. Service was on point, and I was left wanting for nothing. We were seated in the back, a more enclosed area, which provided a quiet and peaceful dining experience.

got the firestone meal…fire. crepe the bomb!! fries crispy, best chocolate sauce i’ve ever had, it taste like the hazelnut lindor bomb asf eggs were bomb asf the sausages are a 10/10. I will IN FACT be coming back this place slays the house down boots mary.
I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. Service is wonderful, staff are so friendly and respectful and make the atmosphere so warming and welcoming. Home away from home.

Great brunch today! Added peameal bacon to Tex Mex Eggs Benedict. Very filling and great meal. Also enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice. Large crowd but we were seated within ten minutes. Music a little loud but they did reduce it when asked.
They offer a military discount so bring your Service/Veteran ID.
Highly recommend for a nice breakfast in a friendly environment with great service.
