Honestly, this place completely ruins other sub shops for you. The meats and cheeses are actually steamed hot, which makes a massive difference, and the brisket is elite. The sandwiches are packed, the bread holds up perfectly, and the service is always super friendly. If you're choosing between this and Subway, Firehouse wins every single time.
