Perfectly located on Princess Street amongst all the action and near the waterfront.
I was impressed with the size of the Coffee & Company, it's quite large inside and offers a lot of seating boasting large windows looking onto the street.
The green tea was very nice as were the baked goods. It's nearly impossible not to walk out with a treat to go with your hot drink!

Came here several times during my visit. Nice coffee & the Turkey egg sandwich was very good. Service, while efficient, was distant & sometimes rude. There's something especially offensive when people ignore "please" & "thank you" with an eye roll repeatedly. You don't do that to people generally, especially your customers.

Edited. Came back for a second visit and was deeply disappointed. They forgot.my drink and then made it sloppily as they were annoyed that they had forgotten.
