Very innovative store selling a variety of unique coffee, tea and other pods. The ice cream is equally good and the service is outstanding. No frills, good coffee and a variety of mugs for gifting. You can find the right coffee for you at this store.

This ice cream shop just makes me want to pack my bags and move away to Kingston. My family and I were on our way back from a road trip and decided to stop for ice cream. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the welcoming smiles of the workers and the smell of ice cream. The employee who took our order went out of her way to explain everything and was very patient and kind. We all waited for our ice creams and my daughter, accidentally dropped her ice cream. The girl who served her went out of her way to assure her that it was ok and even gave us a free cone. The customer service was nothing like I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so kind and helpful. All the good adjectives you name it.
Now for the food… I absolutely loved the amount of soft serve flavours ( and by the way they tasted just like how you would expect.) The dips were especially heavenly and perfectly complimented the ice cream.

From the store to the service to the food, it all works so well together to create a super welcoming atmosphere with world class level ice cream. Would 100% recommend

Not happy asked for ice cream in a cup and a malted milk in a cone. The malted milk came in a cup. I said it was wrong and was told that was what was on the order slip and that was it. We have never had problems with you in all the years we have been going and taking friends and family. Very disappointed.

quality and service have become disappointing since 2023 , owner is rude staff is unhelpful and unaware of their own menu , bubble tea is inconsistent and overpriced , not kid friendly , no bathroom for customers ..lots of flies in the store and on/in cups and cones. it smelled like farts . i do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Why they call/name slushie as bubble tea, I just cannot understand. Extremely misleading. The worst I have ever tasted, cheap tasting syrup in water. Ice cream is just like any other ice cream sold at grocery stores. So much hype for..... I don't know what. Wouldn't return here again....

Great spot for ice cream on a hot day! My favourites are the black cherry and the pistachio soft serve! ???

The Ice-cream is amazing.. many choices! Small space so it can get crowded easily. Picnic tables outside on grassy area is nice.. not the greatest scenery but grateful for a spot to devour the dessert. Ps I have taken my Grandchildren there after finishing the school year as a treat.. couple tips I always bring paper towel and a bag for garbage as things usually get messy as there isn't a garbage outside. Also with so many choices it's a good idea to somewhat decide on what they want in advance of standing in line.. with so many choices it can get overwhelming for them trying to decide on cones, flavours, etc.. ?
