Coffee Trends and Mile and a Quarter Ice Cream

Since the new ownership I have had an increasingly difficult time finding cofee in store. Almost empty shelves and unable to say when a new supply will arrive. Staff rarely are helpful with information. Very disappointed and will be looking for a new coffee supplier.

The BEST place for ice cream in Kingston! So many great flavours to choose from, and exceptional staff. You have to try the Paradise Mile!

We went for a soft serve ice cream. Lots of flavors to choose from. Kinda expensive, was close to $9 for a waffle cone soft serve.

Terrible customer service, extremely off putting and abrasive employees. Was excited to try the 50 flavours and didn’t end up getting any ice cream, such rude teenagers

No matter what kind of day you’re having this is the place to come and feel good. The products are authentic and yummy real dairy ice cream made with real dairy products real fudge and chocolate to pour over top and the coffee is top-notch. You’ll never want to go to Tim Hortons or even Starbucks again and the service is lovely and knowledgable this is my new favourite coffee shop all of Canada.

Great ice creams and toppings. I was over the moon with the strawberry ice cream and Ferrero Rocher topping. They have soo many flavours

The Belgian chocolate dips for the Kawartha Dairy ice creams are awesome!

Some many flavours to choose from and portions are huge!!! Staff are amazing and recommended the affogato which was so so good, highly recommend !!!

Took our grandkids there 2 weekends in a row and the prices are extremely high
Ordered the same thing both times except kids added gummies worms, sprinkles, etc last week and it was $24.00...my husband and I had the basic twist
This week same order w/out any additional toppings just 4 small size for the 4 of us
Charged $23.70???
Unbelievable
Again, it's not about the quality of the ice cream but the cash person that was quite flustered with the line up of customers and kept looking at the price list trying to figure out what to charge.
How can the same order w/out all the extras , gummy worms, sprinkles, etc. Cost the same?
It should have been at least $5.00 cheaper

Awesome soft serve ice cream! Love supporting local small businesses. They are very accommodating to those who have allergies and dietary preferences! So many options though our fave is the vegan dole whip and our kids like cotton candy. They even have pup cups for our mini dachshund. Clean place, friendly staff, and tasty ice cream!

Neat little coffee shop and ice cream parlour! Lots of great Keurig type pod options. Friendly staff and the iced cappuccino was to die for! Will be back!
