This ice cream shop just makes me want to pack my bags and move away to Kingston. My family and I were on our way back from a road trip and decided to stop for ice cream. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the welcoming smiles of the workers and the smell of ice cream. The employee who took our order went out of her way to explain everything and was very patient and kind. We all waited for our ice creams and my daughter, accidentally dropped her ice cream. Not happy asked for ice cream in a cup and a malted milk in a cone. The malted milk came in a cup. I said it was wrong and was told that was what was on the order slip and that was it. We have never had problems with you in all the years we have been going and taking friends and family. Very disappointed.
