Cashier Lisa Ros chatted away with her partner working cash with her, didn't make eye contact with us, threw our bananas to the back of the redister table. We brought our executive membership coupons. I tried to go over the coupon items one at a time with the cashier (Lisa Ros) because I knew they would make an error. They do every year. She rudely said "Just give them all to me". She scanned them not looking at the items in our cart and sure enough she didn't count them correctly and left us having to go to the returns line to include a item she missed. We were owed a $3 return. The lady who processed the return struggled to figure it out, asoed for my membership card and then voided another coupon and said it was a refund and to scan my card. I had to ask her 3 times forbmy card so I could do so. When I got home and checked my credit card statement it showed I wasnt refinded $3 I was charged an additional $3. So now I am out $6 and had to wait in the return line for nothing. Very shotty service and not feeling respected as a customer. Disgusting.

It's a Costco...Good deals to be had. Some items are not always available...buy them when you see them. Also helps to know your prices.

Its fine, staff are fine, ONLINE membership reneweal is fine, EXCEPT the lyng staff at the membership desk, who lie and mislead you, over and overm to sign up for "executive" membership are not fine at all. I don't know if they get a bonus or what is going on, but it was almost eough for me to say forget it altogether,

Complete racist employee stopped my Jamaican fiance who was wearing nothing but a dress as she left the bathroom when I left the store with the cart to pack the car and told my fiance to empty her pockets which is completely wrong and accused her of stealing my fiancé emptied her pockets for there to be nothing but our membership and credit cards and then the employee continued to go into the bathroom after her to check if she left any open items completely not okay what could she possibly have hid in a dress this is absolutely disgusting behavior.

Stopped in on a roadtrip. Very pleasant experience. Staff and other shoppers unusually friendly, despite some difficulty maneuvering through the crowds.
Clean store, the lay out is opposite of stores located in Ottawa or Quebec. Smaller food selection as well.

If you want a trip to the emergency for food poisoning, make sure you stop by and have one of their half cooked hotdogs or a slice of poor quality pizza from their little snack area. I got treated to lunch there once while shopping, and again by my sister-in-law when they came home from there. Both times I ended up getting food poisoning from the hotdog. It didn’t even taste cooked and the staff that handles the food, they don’t even wear gloves half the time, and if they do, they don’t change them off when they’re handling money or new food. Yeah, if you’re in Kingston and decide you want to go have lunch at Costco, DONT!
