Its fine, staff are fine, ONLINE membership reneweal is fine, EXCEPT the lyng staff at the membership desk, who lie and mislead you, over and overm to sign up for "executive" membership are not fine at all. I don't know if they get a bonus or what is going on, but it was almost eough for me to say forget it altogether,
We want to say thank you to both the tire sales office and technicians at the Kingston Costco tire store. Their customer service was aboustly amazing. We had had a very bad day and they went up and beyond to try and help us solve our problem. Thank you
Poorly designed parking lot. Too many vehicles had to wait for cars making turns to get to the main entrance. Zero pedestrian crossings in parking lot.
No stars off for this, but there is not a gas station. Understandable given the location.
It was clean and paying for the products was effecient, that is the staff were attentive and able to adapt.
