Went into the Bath rd location in Kingston and you could clearly see they were super busy and suffering staff shortages ( like everywhere ) and of course one customer was holding up the line because she can’t get coupon on her email to load then she made them remake her “custom” blizzard 4 times cause it was not right! I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and it came with 2 mushrooms on it..... two. pretty ridiculous for me to pay $10 for a burger and I get 2 peices of the cheapest toppings on it.
I always get my kids a dq cake for their birthdays. I usually just ask for the cake to reflect what their interest is for that year. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed and have always been amazed with the talent shown in each cake.
