Great chicken fried rice, congee, lemon chicken and dumplings. I’m not sure why this place has low reviews, but I have not been disappointed with anything I have ordered here.. I have only ordered take away.

I've been working in Kingston for over a year and a half, coming from Toronto, and I was thrilled to find this dim sum spot! I used to order from here regularly, but lately, the quality has been a bit inconsistent. Some days, the dim sum is fantastic, but other times, I've found items either undercooked or overcooked. However, the times when the food wasn't great were usually when I ordered late, so it might be better prepared during peak meal hours. The prices...
