“Dim Sum Kingston used to be infamous when I first came to Kingston, but I'm glad I tried it after the owner change! It's been a while since I've had good 干炒牛河 (beef with flat noodle on the menu) - I'll definitely come back as often as I can, especially to support a small family-owned business. The owner's also very hospitable!“
