Spent 55.00 on two subs delivered. They arrived 10 minutes after they left the store. The buns were soggy and fell apart trying to eat them. Everything was sloppily put together. We ended up throwing half of them out. Too expensive to have to throw them out.
We had an issue with our order that the manger was very apologetic for and offered us a free medium sub card card.
When attempting to redeem the card at the same location today , another manager told us she would not honour the card unless we had it personally signed by the owner. As I have no idea how to contact the owner or how I would receive such a signature , when asked if he had a number or email , she answered no but there was an email for head office.

Was really good when they first opened. Quality has gone down hill since.
