Had a great meal at Five Guys in Kingston with my wife and friends. We ordered a burger, mini burger, and fries. Burgers were flavorful, moist, and clearly made with care and accuracy, just as we’ve come to expect from Five Guys.
The dine-in area was clean, and we easily found a table. Staff were friendly, efficient, and kept things moving smoothly even during a busy time.

Sold me routine with no forks available. Buried my hotdog under fries that guest ordered. Need to pay attention to supplies available. Location used to be reliable. Did give money back on routine, however.

I love 5 Guys . I do, so it's hard to give an unbiased review. So I wouldn't.
The burgers are fabulous, I'm a full-grown man who eats, and the Baby Burgers and an order of fries are more than enough. I like their gravy. I enjoy poutine about twice a year, and the bites I've had of others have been good. The fries do it for me, I like the peanut oil taste. Go here, it's costly, but it's worth it.

None of the employees are attentive, there was 4 people work but none of them even acknowledged for 10 mins, where was literally 2 people in front of me still they took 30 to 40 mins for 1 order. There was a indian lady seems like incharge at the time, she surely should learn to manage time and stop wasting customers time. Really bad experience. Untrained staff was horrible.
