Food is five stars ~ really good, great burgers. BUT~I've ordered thru a delivery company twice in the last while. The foods good but, twice there's been a mistake. One mistake ok. But twice in a row there has been a mistake in my order. Not ok! First time I got a chocolate milkshake instead of vanilla. This time I ordered coke zero and got full sugar. I hope you'll pay more attention to making sure your orders are correct. That's the disappointing part. I definitely won't order again.

Horrible experience here. I came here for a lunch break ordered a hot dog and a poutine being the fastest thing to cook. I didn’t tip and in the end I waited almost :20 minutes for a flipping hot dog. Shame on your staff for doing that. Shaming me for no tipping on a $25.05 bill. That’s $3.30 that would’ve been split with the five people working there on your 9th order.
Thank you for treating another working class figure like garbage for 33 cents each.

Got take out but best burgers and fries (fresh cut) around! Tremendously generous portions. First place in a long time where I have seen efficient line management (and not 5 people standing on drive thru and cash while watching one food runner try to fill every order). They have one person on cash, people in burgers, people in toppings, people on fries, people on bagging final order. Very great! Wish we had a 5 guys in Niagara. Well done!
