One of my favourite spots to grab something healthy. Only complaint is it needs a good cleaning. The floor is showing neglect with dirt around the tables. Often tables are not wiped off, and it needs window blinds as it's facing west and gets all the afternoon sun, which is lovely but blinding and hot! The staff are always friendly and nice.

My freshi bowl came to almost 20 dollars , I was so disappointed. First of all not even half the bowl was filled with ingredients not to mention maybe the 3 pieces of chicken I got. So overpriced for the portion size

Got severe Food Poisoning from this location!!!Wife had picked up 2 Bowls from this location while on her way home on Dec 30. When I finished mine, I ended up saying "Something tasted "off" through this meal", but thought nothing of it until I went to bed. At 03:30AM I woke up with an upset stomach and had to vomit. Tried to go back to bed, but then again at around 05:30, went to vomit again, and then yet again at around 7 and 09:30.I was in bed the next 2.5 days (including not going to a Sens game that I purchased tickets for) and missing out on a New Years party with friends.I was going to call in to complain about the Food Poisoning (Steak tasted off, and most likely cross contamination with the other ingredients), but my wife ended up doing so before I had the chance.They offered very little compensation, as this was a franchise that I support relatively often, but their lack of care and compassion has turned me off of this franchise, where I most likely will not return to again - Well especially this location.I would highly recommend staying away from Kingston Gardener's location of Freshii, unless you want to get sick like I did.I am hoping they are more cautious about their storage and cooking of items since our complaint, and that the Food Inspectors have come by now.-Matt

Let’s all give it up for Joey, folks! Cause I kid you not I went from a day of tears and feeling sick to a happy belly and a face hurting from laughing after his 10/10 service. To top it all off he wouldn’t even accept a tip for providing me with actual life changing service. Humble and caring. Freshii, you are lucky to have Joey as an employee. Thank you.

Just another place where the prices have gone up and the amount of chicken or other protein source they give you has gone down. Paying $17 for a bowl, so stop being so god damn stingy

Food is very fresh tasting. Interesting variety of salads, wraps and burritos.
This place offers healthy choices, rice bowls, and smoothies. You can eat in or take out even order ahead on mobile app. Think subway but for rice and noodle bowls. You can get different flavors and spice levels. Tasty.

I went there for delivery pickup and i wait there 15 minutes and after 15 minutes they said you have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes or you can cancel the order , they supposed to tell my when I came not after 15 minutes. It’s just 4$ order and it waste my 25 minutes & I drove 2 km to restaurant & wait 15 minutes.
