I had a fantastic experience at Freshii thanks to Agish and Ally! They were both incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive. Ally greeted me with a warm smile and helped me customize my order exactly how I wanted it. Agish prepared everything perfectly and made sure it was fresh and beautifully presented. The energy they brought to the store made my visit even better you can tell they care about their work and their customers. Yum yum yum!

For what you pay, they skimp on their portions so bad it’s embarrassing. I expect a $15-20 bowl to be filled to the top but received my order with big gaps missing like this guy half-scooped it. Not to mention he wasn’t friendly and the food prep station was a mess.

Came in to pick up an uber order, while waiting 15 minutes for the order to be completed I witnessed a staff member have the most disgusting sneeze of existence…. She then proceeded to shrug it off, not wash her hands, and continue about her job, luckily this wasn’t the order I was waiting for but I did voice that it’s gross to sneeze and not wash your hands. Whether the customer is present or not proper hygiene should always be practiced and enforced in the work place. I will not be eating here and informing others of the poor service and lack of discipline with regards to hygiene and clean work practices. Shame on the employee. 0/10 would recommend unless you like a side of snot.

I really used to enjoy grabbing a Tex Mex from time to time. My last one from this location was an utter disappointment. Pretty much 90% rice and beans until the very last bites. God bless them for the one bite with avocado, geez. Unfortunately I will not be back and cannot recommend you order from here. Not fond of the prices going up either.
