Food was ready quickly and the salt and pepper fried tofu was good. The general tsao’s chicken was like a soup with soggy breading and luke warm. The beef black bean sauce with noodles was overly salty. The interior of the restaurant looks like a makeshift prison commissary.

Kai's delight is always excellent - fresh, well-seasoned, and with great portion size. We were particularly impressed this year and so were our guests! Always recommend the Szechuan beef, Shanghai noodles, and Imperial chicken. You won't be disappointed by this family-owned restaurant!

Under new ownership and they sure are not starting this well. The food was not very good, it wasn’t hot despite my having to wait 10 minutes for them to cook things. It was reheated food. So very disappointing.
I cannot recommend any of their dishes, and the egg rolls are grim.

Food was very un-appetizing. Rice seemed old, not fresh. Gravy for soo guy was a big clump, it smelled bad, it made me want to throw up. When I called to complain, they checked the food and said it was fine. They offered us a free dish for next time. We spent over $65 and most of it was thrown out because nobody wanted to eat it. What a waste of money, will not order again.

I went for this first time this past Friday. Parked at the back where an Asian man was having a cigarette. I went to the front door and that person served me at their very small counter window (covid peak set-up). He smelled like a cigarette and spoke very little to no English. I've got a cold so I ordered a Hot and Sour soup, a WonTon soup, a Chicken Fried Rice and 4 Egg Rolls. I got home and in the bag were 2 VERY AVERAGE (at best) wonton soups (no hot and sour), and and a below average chicken fried rice. The rice was hard and crispy and hard to chew, like microwave dried rice. The egg rolls were very commercial and average. ⭐️ 1-Star Rating.
EDIT; I would like to add that the owner was very professional, kind and it must of just been an off day! We will be ordering again in near future as every other order we have got has been very good!
We order from Kais & spend alot of money there. Last night almost $100 down the drain. The chicken soo guy was so dry & basically no gravy, the general tso chicken was so over cooked & the chicken balls were like rubber.. maybe just a bad night there, but we are disappointed...

Ordered 5 dishes off the menu, food was ok the 2 dishes with chicken were disappointing. The chicken was poorly butchered, pieces were drastically different in size and bits of bone and cartilage . The egg foo young was more like chop suey with a bit of egg. Been my go to spot for Chinese food but I think I'll shop around
