“Have you ever had trouble with a website? I have been struggling to be able to place my order using an American cell phone. It just wasn’t working, and it was so frustrating. After complaining about the restrictions on the website, and requesting a phone back, I got a phone call from Pawan. What a gentleman. He answered all my questions and helped me place my order correctly. What a difference great management makes. I felt very valued as a customer and will definitely be back to the KFC on Bath Road.
