Ordered 4 Big Macs and when we got home discovered that they only had one burger patty in them instead of 2! Complained and manager said he was going to send us coupons for the Big Macs but we never received anything!
Whenever I come in late at night the lobby is always disgusting and trays are left out everywhere. Ketchup is smeared all over the counters. Straws and empty Mac box's are everywhere as well. Please take time to clean the lobby at night.
The new system sucks... Staff do try... But it just sucks..
