Atrocious customer service, complete lack of accountability when they make a mistake on an order and go as far as to accuse customer of lying. Pizza is very mediocre, I would order from literally anywhere else before I go back here.
as a member of the delivery personnel when you walk into a Papa John's and see someone folding boxes on their bare naked foot, called him on it and he tried to justify it, next time I will take a picture I promise no one will eat at this Papa John's ever again.
once again I ordered a well done pizza and its raw super doughy and I called last week cuz it happened then also to tell them the pizza is doughy and they say oh well nothing we can do. like that's how you treat a customer who spends at least 100$ a week there cuz my autistic son is a picky eater and only likes pizza from papa John's. UNBELIEVABLE
