Great service and friendly staff. Only issue is that the Drive-Thru area is a touch right especially if you drive a truck!

Waited two minutes at the drive thru window before finally asking “hello??”. The girl with purple hair working the window was extremely rude. When I pointed out that there was a ton of foam on my drink when I asked for no foam, she asked with attitude if I’d like her to remake it, so I said yes please. She then angrily shoved my second item into my hand. When I finally got my remade drink, it still has tons of foam. I’ll be sticking with RioCan Starbucks from now on. When people are paying over $10 for a small drink and snack, you better be delivering quality drinks and excellent service. It’s not hard to be nice.

Staff were standing chatting while holding my order in their hand during the morning hour rush. Don’t recommend this location if you’re trying to get to work before 9 am.

Every single time I go to this starbucks they always mess up my order. It is definitely worth the drive across town to a different one. If I'm gonna spend 10 dollars on a drink I at least want to enjoy it. On a positive note the people that work here are nice and own their mistakes, they are also willing the fix it. Unfortunately I just don't have time to go back most days.

I’ve been going to this location a long time now. Typically I have pretty good luck with this one, the last couple times have been rough. I’m autistic so I get the same thing every time I go and I am very particular about how it’s made which is why I choose Starbucks over tim hortons. Today my best friend and I went. They were out of what I normally get which is fine, I have back ups for this reason so I got my back up. We spent $14 on two venti drinks, that weren’t even full to their proper lines there was like 1/4 of the drink missing! I’ve never had this issue here, but I think I’ll be checking out a different Starbucks. Which is a shame because this one is closest to my house and on my way to work

I waited a while because I thought they would let me know when my order was ready but they don't. You just have to look at all the drinks and find your own. And they messed up the order pretty badly.

Been here three times, and each time, my drink order has been incorrect. Tried to correct on the third visit, and still got the wrong drink (it had soy & I am intolerant...)I'm not ordering anything special - just a drink directly off the menu. Waste of time and money

Stopped by for a bit of a treat. I hadn't been to a Starbucks in some time. Thank you for not laughing hysterically when I completely forgot how to order using the proper lingo ?Accessibility ♿️ overall was well designed but the washrooms are a tight squeeze for those with mobility devices.Friendly staff and I appreciated that there were a variety of seating options to accommodate different needs and mobility devices.Dietary restrictions: Starbucks offers a good variety of milk substitutes and dairy-free alternatives.Wheelchair accessibility: Seating options are available for different types of mobility devices. The bar height tables, for example, work better for the height of my powerchair as I can sit at the table without having my knees jammed into the edge. There are accessible tables at standard height and also a small seating area with enough space to sit beside other patrons and enjoy polite conversation.

Had a fantastic meeting with a pastor named John from Bridges who, despite living here since the age of 18, still has his southern dialect. ?Great spaces for presenting in meetings and the seating were comfortably out of the main seating areas.I absolutely love Starbucks during the winter Festivus, Noel, New Years' & Holiday Seasons. From the punch of colours to their displays and flavour palettes, it evokes the feels of having family and receiving holiday cheer, which is why I will always choose you over Timmie's.Stay cheery, charming, courteous, catering, and charismatically delightful. Merry Ho Ho to the staff and patrons alike. I just dumped my drink down the drain. I recently stopped going to this location because my drink never tastes the same even though I always order the exact same thing. This time I accidentally picked this location on the app and figured I'd just give them another chance. Pretty sure there wasn't anything extra that I asked for in the drink as it tasted like super strong black coffee despite asking for almond milk, vanilla syrup and extra cold foam. Disappointed
