Everyone at the store is lovely and always helpful and friendly but I will say 8/10 times I order just a regular coffee it gets missed or the cup with my name sits on the counter being ignored as the other drinks are being made it took 15 minutes to get from the time I mobile ordered and it’s a regular occurrence to have to ask someone to get it as I see the cup sitting there.

Today my friends and I had exceptional service from this Starbucks!! I’d specifically like to say that Rachu (I believe that was his name) went out of his way to make sure we all had an incredible study session.
