You could tell she takes pride in her work and values her customers. It’s rare to come across someone who makes even a quick food stop feel positive and welcoming. I recently visited Subway and was served by Jeel. She was very friendly, professional, and made my order exactly the way I wanted it. She was quick but still paid attention to every detail, and her polite attitude made the whole experience pleasant. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about their work and customers. It was very bad experience. We order online pickup at this location. “Milan” was making the order and he messed our order. He was not listening to what we were saying and he mixed our both orders.
Went for dinner time. My order was taken fairly quickly. The service was OK. Sandwich was made exactly as I like it. Store was clean.

My main complaint is that this location repeatedly has only one type of bread available, white, using the excuse that it was a busy day. Maybe it was a busy day (but all 4 times I’ve been in there in the past several months?!), but it’s much more likely they simply don’t know how to plan for having all types of bread available at the same time. Poor restaurant management.
