Subway is a restaurant where customers have experienced lengthy delays, but some staff members are known for their friendly and exceptional service. Lovepreet is an amazing, hardworking, and dedicated employee who is always friendly, polite, and prepares food with great care. She is fast, efficient, and provides excellent customer service. Another staff member was fantastic, pleasant, and took extra time and care with orders like the gluten free bun, using a fresh knife. Devam was also extremely polite, very quick, professional, and friendly. The quality of the subs is a mixed bag, with some locations providing a generous amount of toppings while others are more sparing. The cleanliness of the store is consistently praised. Overall, Subway offers a decent dining experience, but its slow service can be a major drawback.
