The best sushi outside of Tokyo! You don’t believe me? Try it!

Cozy place for a good meal, and the food was surprisingly good, highly recommended for a good healthy Japanese foods.

dropped in for lunch so maybe they had an off day but based on friends feedback, ever since they changed ownership the food has gone downhill.

our experience was mid. not terrible but definitely not great. food was honestly so expensive for what we got. they also forgot soups and salads with our orders that allegedly included it. food was also not good, with the exception of the sushi strangely enough.

service was friendly but they had NO IDEA what was going on. didnt even know the names of their own food. couldn't keep orders straight either.

definitely would not recommend or return.

Probably the best food I've had in a long time. The food was very flavorful and very fresh. I had the beef bento box and it's a must try amongst others that my friend and I ordered. I came to Kingston for a vacation trip, and I will for sure miss this restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and courteous and we enjoyed our chat with them after our meal. Great hospitality and a wonderful establishment to eat at.

My daughter asked that I leave a review and make sure everyone is informed 5 stars is not enough. We ordered more than our stomachs could handle and we don't regret it. We got a mix of everything and it was delicious.
I know it says dine in, which we did, but I've also done delivery and take out (which was for a work function and people loved it!)

Bad experience and treatment by the owner. Do not go or get involved.

Edit - what's a typical wait time for a diner to pay for a meal? Is 5 months acceptable? That's how long I have been waiting to be paid for work completed.

Great sushi spot! This place has a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The sushi here is absolutely amazing. The servers are so sweet and welcoming. This place is totally worth visiting!

Awesome selection of ramen available here, with a very cozy little dining space and a karaoke room available upstairs! The staff are kind and responsive, the food is great, and the prices are very reasonable.

The sushi was so fresh and flavorful. Their sushi sandwich was so delicious.

Ordered takeout. Edamame had what I assume was random pieces of soggy noodles in it, as if it was from someone else's meal and reused. Tempura sauce lid wasn't attached, so my tempura was soaking wet and soggy. It took nearly an hour for the food to be ready and to top it all off, when I opened the bag at my hotel, they had only given me one of the two drinks I ordered. This place SUCKS.

We had a choice of three places in Kingston. This was the most cost effective. The food was exceptional fresh, melt in your mouth sushi, the dressing for the garden salad best I have tried compared to all of Toronto, it is a cute intimate space with excellent service and great decor. We had the salmon bento box and it was delicious

I have been there for more than 4 times. I highly recommend if you want to try real authentic japanese food. Personally, this is the best ramen in Kingston.

Might just be the best ramen I’ve had in town, good portion size, high quality ingredients for the price we’re paying. Buddy has taken people here on a date, planning on doing the same.
