Not the first time this has happened. Ordered online for pick up, went to pick up after the designated time and they hadn't even started making the order. They log in to a separate computer and then try to rush to make it. They do not do refunds either. The point of ordering in advance when you're on break at work is so that you can get back to work. Also both 1-800 numbers always say they're closed when you call. Officially done with this location.
The one staff I had was nice enough but it was a difficult and a bit awkward because he was distracted by a visiting friend who was chatting over the counter. The staff here don't seem to communicate smoothly...maybe it's a cultural thing but I feel a bit uneasy. I hope they all get along well and can collaborate behind the counter.Anyway, my order was completed accurately and I got everything I needed. My crunch wrape supreme only had meat covering half of the wrap. 3 diced up tomatos. Absolutely horrible service if you're going to rip people off at least have the decency to lower your prices. Cheap garbage they're selling for a premium price
