It's my local, go-to Tim's. The workers are pretty much all friendly folk from my experience. Very rarely do they ever get my order wrong. Other than that, it's Tim's! You know what to expect.
The service has consistently gone down hill in the last couple months. Drinks are not prepared properly (double espresso latte made with 1 shot, iced capp that had no coffee syrup in it) and was told today they don't have the Garden Vegetable sandwich which is literally tomato, lettuce and cream cheese on a bun...so yes, you do have it.
