I don’t often leave bad reviews but this Tim Hortons is one of the worst in the city. I can’t tell you how many times we have ordered EGG AND CHEESE items that are ON THE MENU, and then receive meat. I’ve been vegetarian for 7 years. I shouldn’t have to check my food before I eat it. If it’s a menu item, why do we keep receiving something different?

Coffees always burnt when I'm getting it through the drive-thru ice cap is tastes like really crappy they never put the vanilla shot in it when I ask this been on going thing

First it took 4 times to get our order right then the tables are always dirty and it is hard to get someone to clean them in a reasonable time frame.

Waited in line for over 25 minutes only for them to forget our bacon and instead of putting on themselves (like they are paid to do) they gave us a bag of bacon. I also saw people who had been waiting for over 45 minutes, got the wrong order several times and had to leave due to the sheer lack of customer service they provided. No one I saw got what they asked for and several times inside orders went out the drive through window. Someone needs to come in and actually manage this place because clearly the employees need some guidance on how to do their job properly.

Great location in Portsmouth Village, blends in well with, 'village' atmosphere inside.
Parking: Issues caused by combination of small parking lot and unusual short lane for vehicle take-out mainly related to poor drivers' judgement. Keep it cozy.

There is a couple of Caucasian people who work here. They are very friendly and provide excellent customer service therefore this is the best location in Kingston. It is usually busy. Parking spaces are limited as a result.

The number of times that my order (usually just a bagel with cream cheese) has been forgotten is frankly embarrassing. Like, I can forgive it once or twice, but I have trained myself to wait 5 minutes then reask because I can tell they forgot my order after the next 3-5 people have gotten theit full orders. I would get it if it was very busy, but these are not busy times when I get my food. The reviews about the poor food as well is accurate, where basically no sauce or cream cheese is added. Are you guys rationing for the war? Will we still need to pay a premium for your bagels and sandwiches when the water wars break out? It is ridiculous.

This location can get very busy at peak hours. The drive thru is a little difficult to enter, only because there is very little room for cars that aren waiting to place an order.

Food is covered in flies. It takes 10-15 mins to get a coffee, even if there are only 2-3 people in line. Most tables are covered in crumbs or garbage.

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese yesterday, and when I opened it, I noticed there was only a touch of cheese on one side of the bagel, and the other half was totally empty and not toasted either. I threw it in the garbage. It looked terrible. Everything about Tims is disappointing. Please just close your stores if you can’t do basics.
