I went to this restaurant in March 22, 2025. I put in a complaint as I was not happy with the service and food I had ordered. on March 27 Rohan reached out to offer a full refund. I thanked him for his generous offer. I waited a couple weeks and emailed him again(on April 11, 2025). I have still not heard anything from him. An establishment needs a good foundation and if this is how management runs the store, it is not wonder why their reviews are so bad.

The ladies at the cash counter are very rude and behave disrespectful to everyone everytime. Please replace them and send them home if they cant show some love for customers
