Delicious food and very good service and nice atmosphere, we were sitting near the vintage gas stove was marvelous. Shrimp were excellent, chicken, chicken parmesan, fish & chips, cake, the dips, pickled Ceasars. Will definitely be back next time we're in town!
Went to The Federal Tavern for date night tonight with my hubby for the 1st time and they did not disappoint. Their Mushroom caps were the perfect combination of crispy and juicy with a fantastic buttery finish (best I've ever had). The steak was cooked to perfection (which in this town is nearly impossible to find) and the sides complimented it beautifully. I enjoyed the chicken parmasean, and had enough for another dinner.
Only drawbacks, parking lot was full, restaurant wasn't...and it was a bit chilly inside on a cold nite, but I'll be back.
