I'm getting more and more disappointed with the service at this location. They don't greet you at drive through, and they have a hard time getting an order correct lately. Unfortunately they are all about speed, but speed isn't going to make a customer happy, isn't going to make them want to return, and it sure doesn't make them want to leave a tip when the customer service is lacking, and the food/drinks aren't made right.
Food is packaged shipped to store and reheated just like every other Tim's. One vegetarian option on the entire menu and it's 2018. No non dairy option for coffee or tea. Coffee is hot and staff smile but are rushing.

Generally find the staff very friendly, there is an odd one that you can diffenatly see they are not enjoying their day. The counter is usually slower than the drive thru but generally there is only one person on counter.
