I go to this same location every morning from Monday to Friday. They make the effort to remember my usual order and they always greet me by name with huge smiles!
The food is always made fresh and served hot! It’s refreshing to walk into a fast food restaurant and be treated like a valued customer instead of just another person in a line.
Jashan & Zahra and the other morning staff deserve to be praised for making sure that start my day smiling because of their awesome customer service and the extra effort they put into making my food the best they can every time!

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. After walking in, no one was at the front to greet or serve us, even though I could see someone working in the kitchen, occasionally pacing back and forth. We waited for about 10-15 minutes without being acknowledged or offered any help. Frustrated, we decided to leave. As we got to our car, we saw the employee walk out, seemingly to handle an Uber Eats order. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

I usually visit A&W once a week and have never had to pay extra for mayo until my recent visit. Karmana was very rude and insisted I pay $2 for 4 packs of mayo, which has never been the case before. This unexpected charge and poor customer service were very disappointing. Given this experience, I will not be returning to A&W. I hope A&W reviews this policy and trains their staff to handle customer requests more courteously.

I eat spicy buddy potato. Believe me one of the best veg burger (except sauce). And I find out that this location has batter test than other location so associate BALBIR told me that why it’s different. Because they fried every burger fresh and that’s why it test different. I will become there regular client for sure.
