I wouldn’t suggest anyone their services worst they won’t allow you to set anywhere of your choice they are very rude .. the food is very nasty 🤮 cups are not clean .. the floor dirty bugs 🐜

Food is nasty the owners are rude and so are the guests, my friends and I were cat called the whole night. Definitely not a place for young pretty girls. Don't come here unless you want to break your leg on the broken stairs. For some reason they don't let people in through the front. Definitely suspicious. Lots of loitering in the back.

I recently dined at Alba restaurant in Kitchener , unfortunately my experience left me deeply disappointed. We had fun time and the owner seamed so friendly but at the end they charged us extra saying we had a lot more shots than we had and we were forced to pay it off. I won’t be back here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone. But if you come here anyway count every thing you had and keep in mind to get charged extra.

Very disappointed. Be careful when you go to this place, they are bunch of thieves. They seams to be friendly but they will scam you to pay extra. Avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed.

I unfortunately had the worst experience in this place. My friends and I went there and had the worst time here. The server charged us way more extra than what we actually had and we were left shocked. I don't recommend this place to anyone and I would have gave them 0 rates if I could.

The food and shisha quality is incredible. The service is excellent as well. Also uploading the recent update they did to their interior. Vibe is really chill and good soft music too.
