Absolutely perfect pastry, the lamination, the shatter, the buttery flakey goodness. Sublime.
I ate the kouignamann today for the first time OH.MY.GOSH!!! I’m not sure if I have ever tasted something so delicious. 10/10 would recommend going to get one. Nearly died I think.
