Ayres Baking Supplies is a clean, well-thought-out store with helpful staff who are genuinely interested in talking about baking. The new owners have done a great job maintaining the quality of the store, with a spacious location that allows customers to move freely. Despite some initial adjustments, the store is just as great, if not better than before. The staff, including a tall gentleman with reddish hair, are lovely and encouraging, making it a great place for both experienced bakers and newcomers.
