Whilst looking for a j*** chicken recipe I came across Big J*** Smokehouse. We've had almost everything on the menu and all of it is outstanding. Service is amazing too. It's definitely a must try it to believe it.
The best is an understatement - BIGJERK is exceptional. For the second year in a row they catered for our 2 factories. 3 shifts each day for 2 consecutive days! They fed hundreds of people along with Kono Pizza Food Truck and La Novela Food Truck. If you want to offer your employees something delicious with exceptional quality and service, I highly recommend this group of sensational people and their amazing products.
The BIGJERK was a little tricky to find, but well worth the search! Tucked in the back of a Bridgeport industrial plaza, this out-of-the-way gem has great home-cooking and very friendly staff. Loved the curried chicken roti, patties, spice cake, and their home made coleslaw. The plantain was a hit with our parrot.
