Absolutely terrible job making my smoothie! All the fruit are still in large chunks. Not sure why it's so difficult to blend these drinks properly but apparently it is! Can't even use a straw as whole berries will obviously not go through a straw. DO BETTER BOOSTER JUICE!

I went into Booster Juice the other day to grab a quick smoothie in this hot weather!! I have never had a better customer service experience than I did with the lovely young lady behind the counter. She was genuinely interested in what I had to say, the most engaging attitude, and the brightest spirit. She was super helpful in making my final decision, which was a lemon berry which was super refreshing and delicious. I hope Amanda gets recognized for her exemplary customer service, thank you for making my experience so incredible, I will absolutely be back soon!

Walked in today and had an offer of a free booster shot. But the girl behind the counter argued with me saying its expired. #1 why would I have an offer in my app that is expired
#2 it clearly says expires May 29th, but she argued with me, saying it says the 19th. Hopefully her manager sees this and her attitude changes.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Booster Juice location that I feel compelled to share. I placed my usual order — a Ripped Berry with pineapple and extra honey — but when I finally had a chance to taste it, it was completely off. I returned to the store expecting a reasonable resolution: a remake or a refund.

Instead, I was met with resistance and a dismissive attitude from a staff member named Anna Lee. She refused to address the issue, denied my experience, and became hostile when I asked questions. When I expressed frustration at the poor service, she escalated the situation further rather than trying to de-escalate it or listen.

While another staff member tried to offer a solution, Anna Lee intervened and shut it down. I requested to speak to the manager, who arrived and responded with defensiveness and condescension. Rather than apologize or seek a resolution, he downplayed the issue and dismissed my concerns by saying they’ve had “only two complaints in five years.”

Eventually, I received a refund, but it came with more hostility. I was shouted at and told not to return. My partner and I, both Black women, were spoken to with a level of disrespect that felt racially charged. An older couple, who were not involved, even joined in, yelling at us to leave. The entire situation left us feeling deeply disrespected and unwelcome.

This wasn’t just bad customer service — it reflected a broader issue of how people of color are sometimes treated in public spaces. My hope is that this review encourages the company to provide better training on conflict resolution and inclusive service.

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, especially when calmly raising a concern about a product they paid for.

Waited 17 minutes for my drink to be made.
A woman who appeared to be the manager came in to help the crew. She left after making herself a drink. I waited about 3 minutes longer for my drink to be made.

I head into this location a few times a week. Annalee always meets me with a smile and is so attentive. Strawberry storm is the one to go with! Thanks for always being so amazing !!

I did pay extra for adding 2 fruits juice. Hence that should compensate for the ice. I paid by card and post picture of transaction to prove.
Please check your camera footage. Not smoothie was garbaged. I got only smoothie that was made.
Therefore your statement is incorrect and I wasn’t told anything about less quantity.
You are trying to justify by making false statements.
I do visit other locations but yours is a special one.

"Very Berry" was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions that I had about the products. Our smoothies were delicious and so was the breakfast wrap. The store was extremely clean. We will definitely go back. Keep up the good work.

No better place to stop than Booster Juice for a quick pick me up protein fix!Paige was super friendly, fast and effective at her job!Went with the regular “Funky Monkey” with wow butter, and 4 of the strawberry booster balls today!Probably one of the cleanest booster juices I’ve seen yet! Tons of parking and very spacious inside!
