We went to the Edelweiss after not having been for many years as we had moved away. We went there for a concert and had dinner before. The menu was full of great choices , we knew schnitzel was a specialty there and had that. The food was great and the service was fast. Big TV’s on the walls around to watch sporting events and entertainment was also setting up to play in the restaurant as well. Great staff, great food, and great atmosphere. Perfect place for a beer after work.Edit: 09/02/24 - still a favorite! Great atmosphere for just having a beer, or sitting down for a meal. Staff are always lovely. Their food has always been great minus the poutine using shredded cheese instead of curds.Still love.

We ordered fish and chips to take out.....No need to ever go to a Fish and Chip restaurant, when the Edelweiss produces this quality....difficult however to finnish the two peice....we will be customers again!
