We started with a couple cocktails. A Rob Roy for me and a Caesar for my wife. Rob Roy was good and the Caesar tasted good as well but was garnished with a lime instead of the traditional celery. Asked our waiter and he said the bar was out of it, but he went to the kitchen to get some. My wife had the Prime Rib and it was too much fat and grizzle, it was uneatable. Prime Rib does have a lot of fat as that is where it gets its flavor, but this was just uneatable. They should not...
Wonderful setting - we were invited up to the schoolhouse area - so interesting, great food (fish tacos are delicious), friendly service, accommodating to our late arrival, lovely amience. Would definitely return.
As always - we have a great experience when we come to borealis. My husband and I had our first date there 8 years ago and it's been a special place for us since. We came to celebrate his birthday and our server Samantha was amazing. Very attentive and accommodating. We always recommend your restaurant to friends and family and will always keep coming back.
