Cheap food and decent quality but worst service I have ever seen.
Do not order water as it will never come (8-10 occasions). Tea has so much grit in it as they never clean their hot water heater and the scale will almost clog your throat!
If you ask for something again that was forgotten, she will attempt to embarrass you in front of all the other patrons by yelling you are being rude because she can't handle a few customers for the last 30 years.
