First time I ever leave a review on a place, but had a very poor experience. I come here all the time to study, sometimes with my fiancée and sometimes alone, and usually during the day, it’s not very busy so I take a booth. Nothing had changed today, it was relatively empty so I sat at a booth so I could work on my assignments and use the charging cables. I usually order multiple items during the day. Today, they told me I'll need to go to a single seater soon because they were getting busy. I looked around and there were multiple booths open and many dual seaters open. I told the man who asked me to move that it was empty and he said “2 people are coming in and leaving because there are no spots” and then stood there watching me and demanding I move. He kept saying “go to a single seater” How is that my problem? It is a coffee shop and should be first come, first serve rather than harassing customers to move. I got up and left and probably will never return. “2 people” can sit on the smaller dual seater tables and don’t always need a booth as opposed to a college student with electronics, books, and need for the charging ports. There is a nice coffee shop down the street called Cafe Pyrus that has a great atmosphere and great customer service. Will be going there instead from now on.

I've been a very frequent customer but very poor experience with management today. And i no longer recommend this location. Try the one at Boardwalk instead. They've killed their reputation with me. Today they let greed guide their treatment of customers and that was disappointing. Previously, if ever I sit at a booth, they'll tell me I need to sit at a single/dual chair table. I've been accommodating of this especially if i see that its actually busy. Then today, they told me I'll need to go to a single seater soon because they were getting busy. I looked around and saw that there were actually many more seats available and the turnover rate was pretty quick. Even the single/dual seaters can be pulled together to form 4 seaters if absolutely critical. The tables are not fixed. I said "ok" but stayed where I was because it wasn't busy. The person I assume to be the owner (older Indian gentleman) then came and said I will need to move. I said to him, there are more seats available and that i will move if it becomes necessary. He demanded I will need to move in 15 mins and that he warned me not sit at a booth when i just came in. He didn't. When I just came in, there were no booths available so that was in and of itself a lie. Our only exchange was about charging ports. He was so upset with me preferring to sit at a booth that he said next time I shouldn't come back to his establishment. That was pretty hurtful being a frequent customer and no one should be treated like that. Maaaybe because i'm also a black female that makes them strangley think their treatment is ok? Brown against black discrimination? Very confused by their behaviour to be honest. By the way, by the time I left (I left on my own time and terms) there were still two booths available and 5 dual seaters.Oh and don't just read my comment, read the other 1-star reviews below. Same bad service after paying for meal.

Muted chatter, the clinking of cups, and the gentle hum of the espresso machine - a good café never fails to uplift your mood. Hoping for a good cup of coffee, I visited Coffee Culture Café and Eatery (1 King St W,Kitchener, ON N2G 1A1). A cozy café and eatery specialising in coffee and breakfast foods, this place does live up to their claim of 'brewing each cup with a passion for quality' even if their food menu is slightly disappointing. The café latte I ordered made for the perfect start to the day - warm and utterly comforting, the blend of coffee beans, milk, and sugar was the best way to wake me up. However, the quality of the piri piri chicken wrap was wanting, especially considering the price charged. The piri piri sauce did not live up to my expectations of tangy and spicy, making for a rather bland meal that left me slightly unsatisfied. All things considered though, l'd still recommend the café for its beverages and its ambience. The area was warm and cozy with a gorgeous Christmas decor that definitely put me in the holiday spirit. If you're looking for a place for coffee, pastries, and a desk to study and/ or catch up with friends, l'd suggest a visit. Just be sure to order the food carefully. To hear more about this review, follow us @eatinontario on Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook. ✨??

The server misunderstood the order and was rude. The food was good, so stayed for a while. Would not visit again, but if want a quick sandwich, then it is fine.

Highly not recommended!!I like coffee culture in general however I visited this branch for first time and I was the first customer of the day today and the lady on the shift took the payment for my order and later started behaving very rude.1. She did not hear me properly that I wanna dine in and assumed it was a take out2. When she packed the order and later again I said her I want to dine in she replied arrogantly that “you said it was take out” and started arguing me rather than being polite and food was also not that great making the entire atmosphere for me uncomfortable.Coffee culture must consider training their staff or monitor their staff. Behaving rude with first customer in the empty restaurant where there is no rush is highly not reasonable and absurd.Such a waste of money this experience is lasting for almost an hour now shouldn’t have visited the restaurant.such bad start of the day.

I just visited this location got very disappointed on our special day bcs of the service, the way person was taking order feels very rude, just in rush give you coffee and you will wait 10 min for your breakfast. Even person was not not polite at all . If you want to spoil your morning than choose this place.
