Was in a rush and ordered an ice coffee and a bagel, the bagel was fresh but in my opinion took a little too long, the ice coffee was barely edible but the bagel was pretty good. The person taking my order (who I assume is the manager) would not really stop stalling and as I was in a rush just wanted to pay without having a full blown conversation that I tried getting out of a couple times. Went for the first time w my parents for their first time downtown Kitchener and they were obsessed with the vibes and decor inside. We all got the breakfast bagel and a coffee/tea. 10/10 on
