“Wonderful food, fantastic interior, and great location--on Northfield, between Bridge and University. Also a community-minded business. A must-visit establishment. Dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs on leashes. (I'm not a dog person, and I didn't feel nervous for a second.)“
“Discoverd this gem today while I was out and about, what a wonderful cafe! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and it is kept very clean. The staff are wonderful!I had the chance to meet the owner, a lovely fellow, he offered me a delicious sample of the made fresh daily soup while I waited for my coffees to brew. This was actually the second time I went in today, I stopped in earlier to grab a coffee while I was in the area, I ended up getting a coffee and a banana bread muffin. The muffin was honestly the best muffin I have had, it was a europhic experience eating it. It was good that before I left the area to return home I stopped by again to grab some coffees and more muffins to bring home to the Misses.10/10 would recommend and 10/10 I will be back!Vegetarian options: The soup is vegan and gluten free!Parking: Lots of parking as the cafe is located in a plaza.“
“We used the three to cater snacks and wraps for an information session we were hosting at work for 35 people. Morgan was so easy to communicate and plan with! She created a spread of different vegetarian and vegan wrap flavours that were all so delicious that we didn't have one complaint from meat eaters! The energy balls with holiday flavours were also a huge hit. Definitely recommend the three!“
“D-Spot Desserts Windsor is an absolute gem for anyone with a sweet tooth! From the moment you step inside, you're transported into a world of delightful desserts that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. The ambiance is vibrant and welcoming, with bright colors that instantly uplift your mood. The spacious layout ensures that even during busy times, you can find a comfortable spot to enjoy your treats, whether you're flying solo or with a large group of friends. Now, let's talk about the menu – it's extensive, to say the least! With so many tempting options to choose from, it's almost impossible to decide what to order. But fear not, because whatever you end up choosing is guaranteed to be a delight for your taste buds. The service, while good, could be a tad more attentive. However, once we asked for additional menus and assistance, the staff was more than accommodating and helpful. Special shoutout to the lovely lady who served us, she made our experience even more enjoyable with her warm and friendly demeanor. As for the desserts themselves, they are nothing short of spectacular. Whether you opt for the classic favorites like hot fudge sundaes and New York-style cheesecake, or venture into more adventurous territory with options like lotus cookie funnel cake, you're in for a treat. And let's not forget about the portions – they're generous enough to share with a friend, but so delicious you might not want to!I recently had the pleasure of trying their classic funnel cake and waffles, and let me tell you, they were absolute perfection. The funnel cake was crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and dusted with just the right amount of powdered sugar. And the waffles? Light, fluffy, and topped with fresh berries and whipped cream – it was like a brunch dream come true.In conclusion, if you're looking for a dessert spot that ticks all the boxes – delicious treats, vibrant ambiance, and friendly service – look no further than D-Spot Desserts Windsor. It's a five-star experience from start to finish, and I can't wait to go back for more sweet indulgence!“
“First time here. I only tried their coffee which tastes very good. You get one refill for free! Very friendly staff. It was too crowded though and the tables were too close to each other. But overall a good experience and I would definitely go there again.Parking: Street was full I had to drive to end of street to find a spot. There was a parking behind the building but not sure if it is for customers. There were signs "tenant parking only".“
“Ok...sooooo...I love bakeries and this place popped up on my Google search and I thought I would try it out. All I can say is... Where have you been all my life! Well it has been right there pretty much all my life! It is an amazing bakery, I timed it just right to get a fresh french loaf that was just out of the oven....amazing! And I had a selection of their pastries which were awesome! Just go here and you will not regret it! I would have taken pictures of the pastries but they disappeared rather quickly...no idea why.?“
“I stopped by this cafe for the first time and had a great experience! Unfortunately, they don’t have iced coffee yet but the manager (or owner?) recommended their Chai Latte and I loved it! The service was great; you can tell they care about their customers! :)“
“I love the coffee here! My flat white is by far the best I’ve had since I arrived in the region. The ambience is relaxed, and the internet connection is stable and fast. The barista is very friendly and pleasant to talk with. This place is indeed perfect for studying and chilling out.“
“One of the greatest, hidden gems in Waterloo. The owner is super nice and the food is value - you can get fouralls ice cream here (for cheaper than fouralls)!!! Also the samosas are massive and quite good. They got boardgames to play, printing services and a section into the back to buy stationeries - honestly you can literally get anything here. Come through!“
“The cafe has a good variety of food and drink, and a couple vegetarian options as well. I got a spicy veg sandwich, which was really good, but I think I'll try something else next time. Interesting sandwich cut.It was around $6 after the 25% student discount, and they take Laurier OneCard convenience dollars but not flex dollars, disappointingly. The interior is very nicely decorated and they have a good amount of seating. The staff were very nice.“
“Great cafe in a great location uptown. The food is delicious, I especially enjoy getting a panini with a side soup. The place also has a really neat local beer selection that you can’t get at LCBO! Overall it has a really fun and friendly vibe. Definitely “
“With my sister and her husband new to the neighbourhood, we googled coffee shops near by and came across this delightful place. Very clean, fresh flowers in each table!!, inviting staff and atmosphere, and the food and coffee were great! We’ll be back!“
“How could I not give this place five stars? So many memories tied up, my family and our friends working here during university. They remodeled and recently reopened. Space was stolen from the Comfy Lounge to make it even larger. Prices remain very reasonable at this not for profit run by the Math Society. Watcards not accepted.I grabbed a good cup of coffee, despite not drinking coffee there during the five years I worked there. Lol. I then walked back over to residence to pick up my kid and drive her home.“
