Very depressing. No smiles just pouting faces. This place has changed so much. The blizzard sucks. Very thin and not what it used to be. Over 8 bucks for a medium blizzard.

Highly disappointed. The blizzards were the worst. They were missing the creaminess. They tasted like frozen milk with crushed Oreos and Reese’s Pieces.
The cake was great, no complaints.

I went into this location yesterday to get two blizzards It took a while for us to even get served when there wasn’t even a line and our blizzards didn’t even taste like ice cream. It tasted like watery ice will never come back to this location.

I was served today by a guy named Chris (big beard). He was an absolute wonderful personality. He was extremely helpful by helping me figure out what to order for my partner. Also taking initiative to see the cues that I had changed my mind for the order to stay - he accommodated. In a world where this used to be the standard but now you're lucky to even get a real friendly smil. He really reminded me of what customer service used to be! 👏👏 Customer service is really where he should be!

I don't do this lightly, but my goodness there is a lot of improvement needed at this location. Chicken wraps were inedible - microwaved the wrap after making which made it too hot, soggy, the lettuce completely limp/cooked and with far too much sauce. The fountain pop came out way warmer than it should have with a strong chlorine aftertaste. The ice cream is fine, but don't be a food serving DQ if you cannot live up to the standards of your chain's normal food offerings.
People come to chain locations for consistency and this was the worst experience I have ever had at a DQ location. No need to respond to this review, I won't be back, especially with other well run locations within a short distance. What a waste of $15

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. There was no greeting when I arrived or acknowledgment of my presence. The staff showed a poor attitude throughout the interaction, appearing uninterested and unhelpful. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions.

Good customer service starts with simple courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure customers feel welcomed and valued in the future

The best part of the cake is now the worst !
The chocolate glaze between the crunch is no longer there, just a bunch of chunky crunchy over hard crap…. Doesn’t taste the same either, less chocolate glaze. I definitely won’t be going to this location anymore. So sad, I’ve only have bought cakes for 12+ years at this location. Spend all that money for crap inside..AGAIN…

The employee who took my order was rude and unprofessional. When she made my Blizzard, she only filled the cup about three-quarters full — which was disappointing but, frankly, not surprising given the poor service during our initial interaction. As someone who only visits DQ a few times a year, I can confidently say I won’t be returning to this location. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and hires staff who can communicate respectfully and take pride in their job.
