Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My meal (beef burger) was over cooked and both my fiance and roommate ended up with food Poisoning today from the chicken strips and snack wraps. I also ended up getting cross contamination food poisoning later that night. We ordered last night for dinner.

Tiffany Susca served me and she did an amazing job. My experience was 10/10. I definitely recommend this location.

No cheese in Strawberry Cleese Cake Blizzard? It was mostly vanilla cone's stuff. They handled the spoones unsanitrily . They'd picked up the phone and said it's was a wrong number.
Staff looks lost. No acknowledgment , they looked at the wall and said, "Next."
What a joke..
Buy vanilla cone add some water and sprinkle 4 pieces of cheese on top!!! here you go have a Strawberry Cheese Cake Blizzard from this location ( save your self $$)

Decided to splurge on a birthday cake, spending twice as much as I normally would anywhere else. So disappointed with the blizzard cake, it's basically half just vanilla soft serve. For something so overpriced I expected more.

Very disappointed in the portions, this meal is $12 with a coupon and you get the skimpiest amount of fries I have ever seen! Slowest service we have ever received and we witnessed a kid barf on a table and no one even attempted to clean it up in the 20 minutes we were waiting for food. We moved the caution floor sign in front of the table instead of the 5 employee’s working. We won’t be back and I would advise anyone else to seek a different DQ. But my husband did say the food was good lol

Gravey was water no flavour, honey garlic chicken was good but did they have to put the whole bottle of sauce on it. Also with that much sauce don't put it on its side it all leaked out all over, too much sauce to enjoy. Not a very friendly atmosphere anymore wont be going back to this location again.

This was awful. Ordered three combos for FORTY FIVE dollars. We were the only hot food order, and everything but one chicken sandwich was cold. No ice... got us some from the back for our drinks, but it all melted by the time we got to eat.

If I had seen the washroom before I'd ordered, I never would have ordered at all. The bathroom was right out of a Saw movie. The filthiest toilet rim I'd even seen. Fruit flies. Over flowing garbage. Single bare lightbulb. Utterly disgusting.

(Edited next morning: seems we also got food poisoning! Yay!)

Went in to get our $2 blizzards with the app only to have them not honor that I had the app. We had to buy them which was over $7 a blizzard when the website menu price is $4.99. staff were rude and not cooperative and seemed irritated they had to serve us.

Very very slow service and mediocre food. Takes 15-20 minutes for them just to make the food. Makes me feel like I’m at a dine in restaurant with how long they take. They also stop serving food an hour before close for whatever reason. Put paper towels in my bag as a replacement for napkins

I went here with my Friend last month for some Ice Cream on a hot day. Customer Service here is a joke ! Very Bad. Some tall guy with a Beard was talking to the Cashier about break time and having a social conversation while taking my order. I had to repeat the size order 3 times. I will not be coming here again. Twice now I have had a bad experience.

Place is being run by people who dont care. I notice multiple times, that workers will touch their faces, hair, pick wedgies , and nose with out washing their hands before handling food. Nasty!
No workers including management didnt wear their uniforms , none where wearing hats and/or hair nets. Looks like they just got out of bed and went to work. This was last time im eating there. Very unprofessional
