The brownie was warm and gooey, the ice cream perfectly creamy, and together it was just heavenly. I’m not even a dessert person, but this treat totally won me over. “Stopped in tonight to try the croffles. My group got a tiramisu, strawberry, and black sesame.

Truly, ALL THREE were absolutely amazing! The croissant-waffle was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the flavoured cream on each one was PHENOMENAL. It’s so rare that you can try multiple flavours of anything from somewhere and EACH ONE knocks it out of the park.

The tiramisu had the perfect amount of creaminess with the espresso and cocoa flavour, the strawberry tasted like real strawberries blended into a light and flavourful foam, and the black sesame tasted SO fresh and truly like it was freshly roasted.

Everything was so good we didn’t even take any photos, but I can’t wait to try other flavours now.“

This shop has been around for quite awhile selling it's delicious edible cookie dough. but now they have added a pantry and its wonderful stocked with all kinds of fresh produce, meats, dairy, snacks and great local products. Its worth a visit. And a wonderful service for people living in uptown waterloo. Great job!“

“10/10 – A Sweet surprise at the Farmers Market!

My girls and I went to the farmers market for the first time, and one of the best parts of the day was finding Roll It Up. We’d never seen ice cream made like that before, it’s rolled right in front of you on a cold plate, and my girls were completely into it. Honestly, I thought it was pretty cool too.

The ice cream was super fresh, made with real fruit, and just tasted better than most places we’ve tried. We were lucky enough to meet both of the owners, and they were so kind, welcoming, and hardworking. You could tell they really care about what they do and about giving people a great experience. That kind of energy really made the visit special.

They’ve got two locations now, one with rolled ice cream and herbal teas, and another that offers crepes, waffles, milkshakes, and more. I tried their lemon mint detox drink, and it was honestly so refreshing, not too sweet, just really light and clean. Made me feel like I was doing something good for myself (even while eating dessert!).

The whole vibe was super friendly and welcoming. We had such a great time, and it’s definitely somewhere we’ll be going back to. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you really should, it’s one of those hidden gems that you’re glad you found.🍡🍦🍭✨“
